Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your mirror in its original protective timber crates or heavy-duty cardboard to prevent breakage during transit, as mirrors are highly fragile.

• 3.
  Arranging Collection

  Once your return is authorized, we will schedule a specialized white-glove courier to collect the item from your residence, ensuring it is handled with appropriate care.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt at our workshop, our artisans will inspect the piece for integrity, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
